We match your property with one of our experienced Managers

You are matched with one of Luwo property Personal Property Managers, based on location, experience, references from other landlords and your conversations direct with them.

Our owners want a manager who knows their property and their needs in detail; they don’t want production line management, with no one in charge.

Why it works?

A complete and personal service.

Trusted and secure.

Cost effective fees.

A complete and personal service

Long lerm management is a cottage industry, not susceptible to economies of scale.

The best managers are always those who know the properties and speak direct to landlords and tenants alike.

Our big volume competitors do the opposite. They tend to have one group of executives doing bookings, another does maintenance, another answers landlords complaints etc.

That does not work. That is why so many of them have gone out of business and that includes before the pandemic.

Trusted and secure

Because it gives you the landlord comfort and security if you have direct access to your manager on the phone instead of contacting a chat line and being told that ‘maintenance team will take this on’ or the ‘bookings group will service that issue’ etc.

Given today’s information-driven society, many of our clients come to us well-informed about the types of homes they want to view. They have done extensive research on the web and have a general knowledge of the properties offered on the market. Our value lies in our team’s ability to provide additional market intelligence in terms of current real estate market conditions and trends, comparable sales, property history, and advising our clients regarding potential issues with financing. We offer sound business advice to guide our clients throughout the buying or selling process.

Cost effective fees

All our managers run their own businesses as sole traders or companies.

They manage 20 or less properties, some of which are seasonal and some full year lettings.

We charge their management fees direct to you and in general will remain under the VAT threshold, which results in a direct 20% saving in fees compared with other management companies. Our fees average about 10% of rental income.

When the topic of property negotiation comes up, there are basically 2 types of people. One type gets chills when they have to sit down and bargain.
